Hiring 2 Sales (Montebello)

Kemp International is the international branch of the Kemp Group in Shanghai, China. We have been engaged in manufacturing construction materials, international trade and commerce, as well as international transportation since 1998. Kemp International distributes wholesale lighting products throughout America.

Kemp is seeking a talented and energetic individual to fill the position of Sales. This individual will work at the corporate office in Montebello, CA to contribute the sale growth.
Job duties & skills:

·         Strong motivation

·         Excellent verbal and writting communication skills to deal with customers and other employees.  Strong sales background with heavy phone calls and maintain follow up with customers.

·         Able to maintain and grow sales individually with minimum supervision. Able explore new market and new customers

·         Creative, problem solving skills with the ability to think strategically

·         Highly organized with ability to multi-task across multiple projects; excellent project management skills and attention to detail

·         General administrative duties

·         Spanish speaking is preferred to open South America market

Requirements:

·         Bachelors Degree 

·         2-3 years sales related experiences

·         Excellent computer skills including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

·         Ability to follow instructions and willingness to assume responsibility 

·         Home decoration and improvement, or construction material experience is preferred
